Our mission at Little Hands Learning Center is to provide a safe and developmentally age appropriate environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. Our focus is to produce a stimulating experience that promotes a child’s development and supports their desire to learn, giving them the extra push and encouragement for kindergarten. At Little Hands we teach growing minds through social, physical, and cognitive development.
Our preschool
Little Hands Learning Center allows the opportunity for children to learn and develop according to their individual learning style. A pre-planned monthly curriculum will set our preschool apart from any other day care. Curriculum is planned to encourage and challenge little hands and little minds.

'We moved to Reno in March and started our 2-year old at Little Hands. This was his third daycare and it was obvious right away that he was happier here than at either the in-home daycare or the larger daycare facility he'd been to previously. This month, we started our baby at Little Hands as well. The teachers and staff are absolutely wonderful. They are patient, caring, and always willing to talk about your child's needs, moods, and daytime activities. It is exciting to see our two-year old enjoying the reading, singing, dancing, yoga, art, and outdoor play that Little Hands offers. This school has done a fantastic job encouraging my child's development and building a relationship with our family. TRANSPORTATION for before and after school
LHLC will have a before and after school program. We will have transportation to and from Sarah Winnemucca, Westergard, and Melton.
